For eligible online purchases, customers in the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the goods are received, subject to applicable exceptions.
If you want to withdraw from a purchase, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will provide the applicable return instructions for your order.
Returned goods must be handled with reasonable care. Any refund will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law after the return has been received or proof of return has been provided, where applicable.
Different rules may apply to personalised goods, sealed goods that have been opened, or other legally recognised exceptions.
